    When I finished machine faculty of Istanbul Tecnical University, my master was Lathe Headstock in 1974.

    After that, I starded to work in BIMAK Lathe Machine manufacturing comp and  we manufactured 200 lathe name of  BM-500 Rapidmatic lathe which I designed during that time.

    Also that company was  manufacturing;

Lathe machines;

    *Under the licence of TOS company (SN-50) from czechoslavakia,

    *Butler-550 lathe under the licence of Elliott Machine Tool Comp.England

    *E-400 lathe,under the Hungary licence and our sales company was selling all East Germany (WMW) machine tool products.

    During that time, fortunately I had to work with many English, czech, Hungary and German engineers.After finished my Lathe Project, I stardet to work on Surface Grinding, Tool Room milling, Vertical and Universal Milling machine projects and finely Special Purpose Machines design with WMW supports.

    Until 1983; I finished many Special Purpose Machine projects for local automotive manufacturer, and we manufactured many special boring, drilling and milling machines. Some machines still running during last 25 years in Ford Otosan plants.

    After working 10 years in machine tool company, I stardet to work in Ford-Otosan Engine plant as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and we manufactured nearly 55 special purpose machines for Cyl.Head,Block,Crankshaft, Con-rods.and other vehicle parts at there.

    During 8 years; I visited many Ford engine and Transmisson plants at Cologne,  USA,  England (Dagenham ,swansea,Liverpool) and got many experience about serial production and upper level machine tools.

    Also Ford company sent me to Cambridge to learn the english in 1989

    In year 1991;  I stardet to work in Hema Hydraulic company to establish the Crankshaft and Automotive Brake plants under the licence of Ate-Teves company.(Germany)

    Both plants are running for both parts and selling their products to world wide automotive plants. During 6 years we designed and manufactured nearly 35 m/c’s for brake and Crankshaft.

    During last 7 years, I established my own company “Teknosistem and OTOSIS CNC Machine tool manufacturing company” and designed nearly 250 project and manufactured 145 special purpose machines and vertical turning machines for Turkish automotive industries, and export to Japon-Makino company.

    Our  main customers are, Ford-Otosan, Fiat-Tofaş, O.Renault, Isuzu-Anadolu automotive, Uzel –Tractor, Hema Hydraulic (Crankshaft,Tractor,brake,steering box), Fiat-Otoyol and Fiat Tractor comp, Ditaş (steering and suspension parts) Tirsan Kardan (propeller shaft manufacturer), Tekersan (Michelin-wheel manufacturer), Mako (Mandelli-Koç), Tusaş (TEI Turkish Aircraft Engine ind.), Arçelik, Demirdöküm, etc…(nearly 20 companies)

    Also we exported (ATC,ATM,APM, Tool changer,magazine, etc.) to Japan Makino and Israel  comp. And Rotary table machines to IRAN.
